About the course
An online, on-demand client engagement skills training programme demonstrating a structured approach to finding potential customers, communicating your real value, running effective meetings without appearing pushy, closing more sales, handling objections, negotiating terms, and understanding the level and type of activity that will be required to meet goals.
It consists of six modules, each offering around 30 minutes of video content. Some modules include templates you can use to develop your own value proposition and messaging, and all conclude with short homework to reinforce learning.
