What is Sales Coaching?
Coaching helps you develop your own solutions to problems, and formulate strategies for success. Monthly online coaching sessions with Phil are delivered either on a 1-2-1 basis, or with your full sales team. We’ll provide you with regular support in discussing sales issues and resolving sales problems.
How Does It Work?
This is a sales coaching package suitable for both individuals as well as teams of already established sales professionals.
You’ll meet online with Phil for an hour every month to discuss your current sales challenges, develop potential solutions and agree specific action plans to hep you achieve your objectives.
What Will I Gain From Coaching?
We’ll work together on developing your sales action plans to help you achieve your goals and we’ll constantly look for ways to improve your effectiveness.
