What is the Smart Movers Sales Mastermind Group?
Meet with like-minded business owners and sales people from other businesses and use the power of the collective knowledge and experience to help you overcome sales challenges .
Be prepared to have your ideas and thinking challenged and to challenge others’ ideas, but above all support each other and have fun along the way.
Groups will consist of between 4 and 8 members.
How does it work?
The group meets online once a month. During the first session we provide training in one particular sales skill, discuss a specific sales challenge being faced by each group member and agree our individual targets and objectives for the next 90 days.
All group members are expected to commit to three specific, stretching actions to be completed before the next meeting.
In each subsequent session we cover a new sales skill, review progress against our action plans, hold each other accountable for the actions we’d agreed at the previous session and provide support where necessary.
